A unified communications hub that triages messages across all your channels — so you see what matters.

What Is Smart Inbox?

Instead of checking Slack, email, WhatsApp, Discord, and text messages separately, Smart Inbox unifies everything in one place:

Your agent reads incoming messages and automatically categorizes them by urgency and importance.

Automatic Categorization

Smart Inbox sorts messages into four categories based on content, sender, and context:

Urgent

Time-sensitive messages requiring immediate attention: "server down", "meeting in 10 mins", "urgent approval needed".

Action Needed

Requests, questions, or tasks directed at you: "Can you review this PR?", "What's your ETA?", "Please sign".

FYI

Informational updates you should know about: announcements, status reports, meeting notes, newsletters.

Noise

Low-priority chatter, memes, bot notifications, and off-topic threads that don't require your attention.

Categories update in real-time as new messages arrive. You can also manually recategorize messages to train your agent's understanding.

Focus Mode

When you need to concentrate, Focus Mode hides everything except Urgent messages:

Deep Work, Zero Distractions

Only truly urgent messages break through. Everything else queues silently until you turn off Focus Mode.

Toggle with ⌘⇧F or from the inbox toolbar.

Your agent can also enable Focus Mode automatically during calendar events marked as "Do Not Disturb" or "Focus Time".

Every message in Smart Inbox has quick actions for fast triage:

Connecting Channels

Connect your communication channels from Settings → Connections:

Click "Connect Slack" or "Connect Gmail" and log in. Your credentials are stored securely on your Mac.

Selective Sync

Choose which channels, teams, or inboxes to sync. You don't need to import everything.

Real-Time Updates

Smart Inbox syncs continuously. New messages appear instantly, and sent replies sync back to the source.

AI-Powered Insights

Your agent doesn't just sort messages — it understands them:

  • Suggested replies: Your agent drafts context-aware responses you can edit and send
  • Action extraction: "Can you send the report by Friday?" → Creates a task automatically
  • Thread summaries: Long email chains or Slack threads get summarized at the top
  • Priority signals: Messages from your manager, key clients, or time-sensitive keywords surface first

Find any message instantly with semantic search and filters:
